Bryan is a deep thinker & delivers his thoughts in a soft tone without preaching so the conversation is very engaging. With a interesting history as a chef, writer, winemaker, forager and a farmer. Overall his experience as a chef brings allot to his wine making skills (other than his long tenure at Clonakilla) he has consistently pulled back over the years at Ravensworth and looked to use methods of blending, fermentation (vessels) to enhance and embrace the ever evolving Byran Martin philosophy in his vineyard.
