"A snappy, tight and fresh version of the variety. Tart, black cherry, green, brined olive, light cinnamon dusting with white pepper and bergamot tea too. Some very gentle rhubarb and grated beetroot characters in there as well. It’s got good energy, freshness, sleek feel overall. A discreet wine of pleasing, energetic feel. Lovely."
