The Wine: Fermented in stainless steal at a low temperature for 14 days to retain freshness and vibrancy. Partial malolactic conversion was then undertaken to soften some of the acid, with maturation taking place for 5 months in contact with the fine lees in stainless steel before being lightly filtered, and bottled.
Straw yellow with green reflections. Aromas of reveals fresh green fruits and white flowers accompanied by grassy and mineral notes. The palate is juicy and balanced, with a fresh saline edge and a soft roundness.
Excellent as an aperitif, it accompanies appetizers and dishes based on vegetables and fish. It also goes very well with the light flavor of white meats and with fresh or short-aged cheeses.
