The Wine: Fermented in stainless steel at a low temperature for 15 days to retain freshness and vibrancy. No malolactic conversion was carried out. The wine matured on fine lees in stainless steel for 15 months to build texture and opulence. Lightly filtered before bottling, and spending a further 12 months in bottle before release.
Bright straw yellow in colour, with citrus and sweet spices on the nose as well as mineral accents and notes of iodine. The palate is clean and linear, with lively acidity and elegant, creamy structure. The finish is long, savoury and mouthwatering.
