WINEMAKING
Pinot Meunier, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir. All direct pressed, The juice of each is fermented separately and wild fermented on full solids. The wine was then blended to make a pretty in pink rose. Meanwhile we froze some Pinot Meunier juice to add back later when things were still active but calm enough to bottle. Fresa Fresca, "Strawberry Fresh", it is a pinot cherried, strawberried and fruity sparkling rose. Drink cold. No SO2, Vegan Friendly.
