The Wine:
Estate grown Grüner Veltliner. Crushed to press, naturally fermented and matured in 50% large format oak, 50% stainless steel on full lees. Full malolactic fermentation. Bottled unfined and unfiltered in November 2024.
A dreamy aromatic profile of nashi pear, lemon pith and grapefruit with hints of white pepper, almond blossom, sea spray, ozone, subtle fennel and mountain herbs, crushed stone and almond skin. Slinky and textural with daubs of cream, fine mineral drive and notes of citrus, stone, spice and whey as it slowly fades out.
