"Cherry, raspberry, rose petals, assorted spices, cardamom in particular, but such beautiful and beguiling aromatics here. It’s medium to full-bodied, cherry and red fruits, almond and light earthiness, tannin is is pixelated and so fine, offering a refreshing and nourishing grip, acidity is fresh, and the finish is ‘minerally’ and incredibly long, with a little fennel and rose closing it out. Nuts good."
