The Wine:
From a warm, dry year with yields very low at 2t/ha. Mainly D2V6 & D5V12 clones, wild fermented then with 12 months in barrel. 5% whole bunch during fermentation and 16% new oak in total. Delivers high toned spice, drunken cherry, beautiful weight, structure and sap.
