"Golden colour in the glass. Punchy aromas. Rose water, cloves, coriander seeds, cherry pip, fennel. The wine has a strong medicinal core, the aromas and flavours are honeyed, but not sweet at all—everything flows with gignery spice and herbaceous bitterness. There’s texture and traction that make the flavour settle in for a long time in your taste buds. Not for all, but those who like intense, medicinal-herbaceous tones and texture will like it a lot."
