The Wine:
Intense white florals and granny smith apples on the nose, with citrus zest and a minerally reduction. Great richness and ripeness on the palate, medium-bodied and a fine minerality with extract-rich, mouth coating complex flavours leading to a long finish. Balanced and delineated, but patience will be required.
