The Wine:
This 16% alcohol vermouth is made with indigenous varieties Vinyater, Subirat Parent, Xarel lo, Cartoixa, Vermell and Sumoll Blanc, and is fortified. Crafted with a secret blend of herbs and spices that are assembled in Piedmont, then brought to Catalonia where they are steeped in the spirit that will go on to fortify this delicious vermouth.
Expect a very balanced bitter/sweet note, with some red cherry, woodsy notes and herbaceous lift. Fresh and vibrant thanks to the high quality fruit that goes in to this. Perfect for sipping on the rocks, or with some soda and orange.
