The Wine:
Grown at Kangaroo Creek in Lenswood. Low winter rains were followed by a warm and dry growing season, echoing the 2019 vintage and prompting an early harvest. Hand-picked on the 1st and 7th of March, fermented in open fermenters, 38% whole bunch, pressed to barrel and matured for 11 months in French oak (12.5% new, Francois Frères).
