"This hits the spot. Crunchy green apples, yellow stone fruit, bitter citrus, a bit of rolled oats, fresh ginger, green papaya tone and cinnamon dusting. Acidity in the driver’s seat and the oak is here for the ride but tucked away in the back(seat). All gliding smoothly together with plenty of cool freshness following each sip. Bang on."
