The Wine:
Very pale luminescent green colour and brilliant in the glass. The wine opens up with a nose that is intensely floral with lifted citrus, citrus blossom, lemon zest, wet stones and sea spray. The palate is equally intense with a focussed core of lemon and lime, lemon curd, crunchy white peach and pithy grapefruit followed by hints of oyster shell and a fine slatey line. All is framed by delicate spicy oak and driven by fine talcy acidity.
