The Wine: Sourced from the Mountain View Vineyard in Tumbarumba, planted in 1994 on red podzolic granite. Handpicked on March 25th, whole-bunch pressed to one and two year old French oak (60%) and Concrete (40%). High solid ferments with natural yeast strains. Partial malolactic fermentation.
White florals, toasted figs with bursts of lemon curd and savoury fine texture.
