The Wine:
The nose is very charming and jumps from the glass with sweet aromas of cherry, raspberry as well as a touch of violet and pepper. The palate matches, offering us a very pure fruitiness and an intense concentration. A light oakiness highlights the concentrated fruit, with little tannin and very fragrant character. An excellent wine with great presence that will perfectly accompany charcuterie, red meats, and other fine Italian dishes.
