The Wine:
A blend of fruit from Lenswood, Piccadilly and Gumeracha planted in the late 90's. Free run juice is barrel fermented for 3 weeks before maturation for 8 months in a mix of different format barrels, then finished in stainless steel for 8 weeks before bottling.
Chardonnay with it all- flinty, a bit of oak and powerful fruit
