The Wine:
In 1998, the Domaine expanded to Languedoc, where it began producing a range of Pays d'Oc wines in a landscape of limestone cliffs and garrigue with a large temperature variation in Pic Saint Loup.
Les Roques Blanc is a Roussanne fermented in barrels and aged for 10 months (10% new). A white wine of intense character, smooth and almondy.
