The Wine:
From one of Burgundy’s most respected winemakers, this 2024 Bourgogne Blanc punches well above its weight. Sourced primarily from vineyards in Puligny‑Montrachet—with a touch of fruit from Volnay—it delivers the finesse, freshness, and quiet power of a wine twice the price.

Whole-bunch pressed and aged in large oak barrels (25% new), this Chardonnay opens with a bright citrus nose, unfolding into notes of ripe pear, white peach, candied lemon, and white chocolate. Subtle oak adds creamy texture and a whisper of hazelnut without overshadowing the wine’s crystalline fruit and mineral backbone.

Textured yet vibrant, this is a white Burgundy that balances energy and elegance in every sip. A perfect companion to roast chicken, seared scallops, or simply a quiet evening with a good glass of wine.
