At 6:30pm on Monday the 24th of August we are honoured to be hosting Giant Steps’ Chief Winemaker Mel Chester for a masterclass to launch the highly sought after 2025 Single Vineyard wines.
This is a rare and special opportunity to meet the maker, and go in depth and explore what makes each of these sites so special! Mel arrives with an immense depth of knowledge around these vineyards that has made her one of Australia’s most beloved vignerons, so we’re very lucky to have her guiding us through the intricacies and details of each site whilst being able to taste them in real time.
On the night we’ll be pouring 11 wines including the brand new Single Vineyard releases, and we’ll be pairing them with a selection of premium cheeses courtesy of Penny’s Cheese Shop. We hope to see you there for what will be a fascinating evening full of some of Australia’s best Pinot Noir and Chardonnay! See details below…
