"By Ott" is the secondary label of the highly acclaimed Domaine Ott in the heartland of rosé production - sunny coastal Provence.
The By Ott wines are made from the Domaine's younger vines, that have yet to reach the perfect maturity for the main cuvee, and let me tell you, it is a seriously minded secondary wine made true to the house style of supremely elegant, softly structured pink nectar.

Pitch perfect Provence rosé with classic flavour, pale and subdued, fine balanced acidity, a light powdery texture, long gently perfumed finish. So graceful. Drinkability off the charts here, so a bonus point for that."
