The Wine:
Offers rather introspective dark berry fruit laced with tobacco and damp moss scents, plus a hint of baking powder. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannins. It’s taut and fresh, with crisp acidity and a “punchy” saline finish. Broad-shouldered and square-jawed perhaps, yet not without charm.
