"She’s done it again. Nadja Wallington’s off-dry Riesling shines year in and year out. It’s pure lime juice, lime sorbet with mint leaves folded through, with jasmine, crushed lilies, the acidity is piercing, cutting right through that tiny bit of sweetness, which ultimately feels like melting icing sugar spiked with citrus juice. This sensation finishes with the softness of talcum powder at the same time feeling like a good crunch of green mango and firm white peach. This is a beautiful wine in its purity and crispness."
