An award-winning Contemporary Gin. Pot distilled using a combination of traditional and Australian botanicals including Tasmanian Pepperberry, Lemon Myrtle, Strawberry Gum, and roasted Wattleseed. The Blend of orange and strawberry gum gives rise to the gin’s floral and citrus notes, while the anise, cardamom, and roasted wattleseed deliver a spicy chocolate body. The gin finishes with a pleasant linger on the palate from the lemon myrtle and pepper berry. Great in any classic gin cocktail or mixer. Pairs well with citrus or berry garnishes.
