The Wine:
Crafted from an equal blend of Grillo and Inzolia grapes. The wine undergoes 7–10 days of skin contact in concrete vats and amphorae, resulting in a beautiful amber color and a textured, complex mouthfeel. Aromas of white peach, lime, and jasmine lead to a medium-bodied palate rich with flavors of honey, orchard fruit, and a hint of pomelo peel, finishing long and refreshing with subtle tannins.
