The Review:
Kasia Sobiesiak, The Wine Front - 94pts
"Fall in love with the richness of this wine and the textural depth as I did. This is a serious wine, thought-through and well-executed. Bitter skin of peach and furry texture, notes of compact powder, brown pear and pink grapefruit, cinnamon bark, and almond cream. It brings all that is best in the Pinot Gris, the stone fruit, the fruit basket perfume, the sweetness and spice of toffee apple, cinnamon and ginger. Perfect balance between acidity, very light residual sweetness and appetite-driving bitterness. There’s something here reminiscing the intensity of the wines from the Vosges Mountains but it’s our own Orange AOC, and how good is that."
