The Wine:
Fruit from two sites very near the premier cru of Montmains. Done entirely in stainless to preserve the impeccable fruit this is just so moreish. Racy acidity as we've come to expect from Piuze but this also has something herbaceous going on, along with blanched almonds and fennel tips. Impeccable drinking right out of the gate.
