The Wine:
A dry aperitif tonic wine, of sorts. Made from a base wine of Heathcote Viognier grapes, this is wonderfully dry and bitter. Key botanicals include Cinchona bark, lemon gum, finger lime and Victorian green tea. Splash some in your next white negroni, or serve simply over ice with soda and an orange wedge. Yum!
