This all-Australian aperitif has been handcrafted in collaboration with Regal Rogue to create a contemporary Australian twist on the classic British fruit cup.
The award-winning Hickson House Australian Dry Gin is blended with Regal Rogue’s organic Cabernet Rosé Vermouth and then married with tonka bean and native bush tomato and muntrie. After blending the gin and vermouth, fresh muntrie berries are steeped for 5 days. This enhances the fruity character of the vermouth and adds to the distinctive, vibrant rosé colour. The tonka bean and bush tomato are then distilled in a 70L copper still and blended to create the final Summer Cup.
Hickson House Wild Rosé Summer Cup is a light and refreshing tipple with a dry, tropical fruit aroma with a hint of citrus, vanilla and dried fruit, complementing the unmistakable juniper notes.
