Fine boned, off-dry Mosel Riesling
Acclaim: 94 points

Another classic iteration of the traditional off-dry Mosel Kabinett style of Riesling, from a top of the class producer.
The Brauneberg vineyard is a historically significant site in the central part of the region called the "Mittel Mosel" - site of the iconic and often dramatically inclined slate-rich hill sides that grow some of the worlds finest Riesling.

The German classification system can be challenge to find your way around. Feinherb is a term used for just off-dry wines, sometimes referred to as "Fruity style Riesling" by the Germans.

What a beautiful Mosel wine with GG stature and finesse, but a whisker more unfermented grape sweetness than is allowed for that category. The more you study the fine details of this wine the more fascinating it becomes. Such a wonderful harmony and delicacy at the very long finish. Drink or hold.’
