The Wine:
Hand-picked grapes are destemmed and fermented for 12 days on their skins before being racked to to stainless steel. The wine remains in stainless for 4 months before bottling.
A light ruby red with bright reflections. A generous nose of red fruits and small red currants, along with some blackberries and strawberries. Elegant and fresh on the palate, with beautiful inner-mouth perfume and delicate structure.
