The Wine:
Elegant and medium bodied with flavours of ripe mulberry, cedar and spice. Youthful, fine and focussed with strong echoes of Bordeaux France. A fleshy and plump cab merlot blend offering stacks of delicious fruit presented with structure and elegance. This is consistently one of the best value reds released each year and this is certainly one of the best. Like the firmness of the tannins which remain supple to support the excellent fruit. You could pay a lot more for a wine of this class.
