The Wine:
Barbera from Willunga in McLaren Vale, picked early and fermented gently on skins for under a week. Pressed gently down to oak for 12 months to soften and evolve. This is a light crunchy red begging to be chilled down for summer!
Aromas of cranberry, red cherry, smoky spice and a little toasty oak lead way to a palate full of red fruit, creamy tannin and great zippy acidity. So moreish!
