The Wine: This year we've dropped a little Nebbiolo into our favourite summer red. Still carries that beautiful sour cherry essence and zingy acidity but the nebb introduces a little more seriousness, like sure this is fun but how's the structure? Will give the wine some cellerability if you can hold onto it.
