The Wine:
This is only the second edition of this minimal intervention red wine made exclusively from Garnacha grapes fermented without the addition of exogenous yeasts (partly whole bunches), aged for 8 months, 85% in foudres and French oak barrels and 15% in stainless steel tanks. It draws attention for the quality and clarity of its red and black fruits with a fresher profile, followed by floral, earthy, herbal and sweet spice notes, with its pulsating acidity and firm, tense tannins, dictating the rules and giving the wine fluidity and depth.
