Cool fermentation followed by a short time on lees. It’s a simple winemaking sequence that lays bare the grape quality. The moment of picking was a key quality driver, as were the pressing, clarification and bottling.

Smells like summer. Honey and hay. This wine is screaming out for food. Ya gotta have it with food. Versatility is key – you can have it with anything. That's what Grigio is all about, why it’s so good. It just works.

Rock solid. Reliable. It's got the seduction factor. It sings a PG song. Lures you in. Very, very easy wine. It is just so bloody approachable.
