The Wine:
Pale white-gold, clear and star-bright. Aromas of musk, marshmallow and honeysuckle. Perfumed with pear and rosewater, minerals, fine green herbs and violets. A hint of apple skin and lemon zest. The palate is taut, tight, slick, acidic, fresh and searing. Great concentration of high-pitch fruits: lemon and citrus, green apples and green pear. A savoury and nutty tone remains in the background. As pure and clean as it is long and persistent. Chill this white wine well and serve with salt and pepper squid. Also a useful wine in cooler times of the year
