The Wine:
Located in Guardia Grande, within the province of Alghero on the northwest coast of Sardinia, the producer is situated in a pristine area characterized by the brick-red clay soil where they cultivate and produce their wines, including Vermentino and Cannonau di Sardegna.
Pale yellow colour with hints of green. A tropical aroma of pineapple, lychee, grapefruit, and chamomile carried by a mineral essence highlighted by hints of hydrocarbons and salts.
