The Wine:
This is Timorasso for people who actually care about Timorasso. Stylistically, maybe think Timorasso made on Premier Cru Chablis or Mosel soil and with that intent. Varietal, spine-tingling and tinged with a green-gold that promises concentration and age-worthiness. A very clever understanding as well, that ‘hydro’ character, what we call toast here in ageing whites, should be only a mere supportive hint.
