The Wine:
Harvested on the plateau (Portlandian Limestone) located between the village of Fontenay-Près-Chablis and the Grands Crus of Chablis.
The tasting reveals a fresh and very fruity wine, where aromas of citrus fruits, exotic fruits and English sweets mingle. Chardonnay across the board, this Petit Chablis is, in reality, nothing small.
Its freshness and energy accompany with simplicity all aperitifs, summer salads, as well as seafood and fish dishes (sea or river).
