The Wine:
Lovely yellow gold with orange tones and a light haze to denote its time with skins (and lack of filtration or fining!). A return to a 100% SB incarnation. This time expect aromas of persimmon, dried mango, mandarin, jalapeno, ginger spice, peach iced tea and dried herbs. The palate is rich and textural with ripe persimmon, orange rind and spice with juicy mineral toned acid and fine tea-like tannins for texture. Another delicious variation on the same theme.
