The Review:
Kasia Sobiesiak, The Wine Front - 90pts
"There’s blood orange bitterness and a nice vibrating acid spike in this wine. Tannins are well tamed (fermentation finishes off skins) and fine but they have a firm, stone-like presence and match well with the light, crunchy sour berry theme. It’s a juicy wine with red liquorice and mountain forest freshness, cranberry juice, and a medicinal cherry note in the finish. There’s a nice traction here mid-way, notes of potpourri… Maybe a little warm at the very last of things, so chill it for sure."
