The Wine: Designed with the classic martini in mind, Maidenii have used a base wine of Viognier from Heathcote, central VIC to build this wonderfully aromatic and dry vermouth. Botanicals include wormwood, strawberry gum, wattle seed, river mint, sea parsley, lime leaf, nigella seed, and Japanese gentian root. We'll take a martini sopping wet with this vermouth any day of the year!
