The Wine:
A true Provencal classic from the ‘Cassis’ appellation since 1936 which makes it the oldest wine region in Provence. This sun-kissed rosé from Cassis is savoury, satisfying and marked by notes of tart red fruit, citrus rind, and salty sea air as the vines are virtually grown 10 meters from the sea. This wine is well structured and sophisticated, produced from certified organic grapes grown on the estate.
