"A traditional red/white grape blend, with most of this tsolikouri with a splash of aladasturi that, even as a lighter red variety, gets just a day on skins before being pressed off for this blend. Importer: Good Stock Wine
A few pay grades above rose here, rose hip tea, raspberry notes, dried herb, pepper, green almond and hazelnut lending quiet complexity. It’s mostly just about freshness, huge waves of drinkability, immense charm, the crisp edges, the flourish of bright, minerally things to finish. What a delight."
