"Supple, rich texture but light on its feet – transparent in a way, but not missing concentration. A curious place it sits in, with so much palate staining flavour and yet this friskiness, an alpine herb element, yet some game meat and truffle too. Good chalky grip follows through. This is great. All day drinker."
