"White peach, grapefruit, almond, cinnamon and vanilla, green olive, with a light clip of struck match. It’s fine and flinty, an almond richness with bright and tangy mixed citrus, a bit of electricity about it, though it’s still cool, calm and collected. The finish has lime and lime rind bite, and heaps good length. A beautiful wine."
