The Wine: He is the lord of the Grands Crus. It produces wines of exceptional integrity and power through its volume and intensity. It expresses a vast aromatic register with notes of ripe fruit such as peach but also oyster shell or smoke. The palate impresses with its freshness, its power and its mineral balance. We find a fine reduction carried by iodized flavors of oyster shell, lemon and flint. It is a great, complex wine with exceptional aging potential. It goes well with all noble fish (monkfish, turbot) or with more spicy dishes such as sushi.
