Hazelnuts, green apple and white fruits with fresh oxidative characters.Generously textured yet balanced and fresh. A very approachable and vibrant Jura Chardonnay, plenty of complexity for this entry level cuvee from the Domaine. Packed with minerality, intensity of flavour and saline finish.
A Jura Chardonnay beautifully aged in barrel with oxidative characters. Ageing 1 year in oak foudre were the wine is topped up. Then in 230 litre oak barrels, as well as 600 litre demi muid for 2-3 years under flor, not topped up.
