The grapes are always hand picked to avoid oxidation and fermentation takes place using indigenous yeast. The wines are aged in barrel (10-25% new) for 10 to 15 months and then bottled without filtration.
Lovely light strawberry and earthy notes, that gain in complexity with some air. Will suit some bottle age but is drinking so well now. Yum!
